Programme Structure
Work solo or in a team to launch a real business over one academic year. Designed for busy students. Progress happens in a weekly 2-hour session, with minimal homework.
Foundations & Prototyping
- Cultivate the entrepreneurial mindset
- Identify and validate real-world problems
- Understand value proposition, differentiation, and basic sales/marketing
- Build a landing page and prototype using AI design tools (no coding required)
Development & Pre-Launch
- User testing and refinement
- Build and launch a fully functioning product ready for real customers
- Create AI-powered marketing campaigns (Canva, Pika, Runway)
- Develop a go-to-market strategy and begin real sales transactions
Launch, Scale & Sustain
- Execute an AI-enhanced marketing blitz
- Manage customer acquisition, service, and retention
- Learn growth strategies, operational logistics, and long-term planning
- Present at Demo Day Showcase with parents and industry guests
